foie gras torchon with fig mostarda, hazelnut, aged balsamic & toasted brioche bun ($10 supplement)

octopus a la plancha with fingerling potato, harissa, six-minute egg & salsa verde

fettucine verde with duck bolognese, brussels sprouts, porcini mushroom & pecorino

potato gnocchi with littleneck clams, celery, parsley & bacon

pappardelle with burgundy truffle & parmesan

3rd COURSE

day boat scallops with romanesco, caperberry, almond & white raisin

local tilefish with savoy cabbage, baby leeks, butterball potato and burgundy truffle

long island duck breast with cara-cara orange, salsify, baby fennel & PH honey gastrique

braised lamb shank with shelling beans, merguez sausage & preserved lemon gremolata
