OUR CHEF

The Preston House & Hotel Restaurant kitchen is led by Executive Chef Dmytro Guydash.  Guydash has an extensive background in European cuisine and is originally from Ukraine.  He has worked in restaurants such as Lulu’s Kitchen in Sag Harbor, Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton, and Insignia in Smithtown.
